KC Confectionery was established in 1959 by Kitty Coghlan (KC) and her brother Liam Coghlan Snr. During the 1960’s the business expanded by opening several shops across Dublin. The original fresh bakery shops in the heart of Dublin city were famous for their delicious apple slices.
